The VMQ series pumps are designed for high pressure industrial and mobile applications under harsh operating conditions. The 12-vane cartridge design offers the lowest noise ratings in the industry. Its unique bi-metallic wafer plate exhibits outstanding cold start-up capability. The new 32nd design expands the range of displacements among the three frame sizes and enhances cartridge kits’ durability to allow more than 10 million pressure cycles at full rated continuous pressure.

The VQ series pumps are designed for medium pressure mobile applications. Its 10-vane system is well tuned for higher pressure and higher speed mobile requirements. Like V series pumps, it has the industry-first intra-vane cartridge design that provides long operating life, outstanding volumetric efficiency and excellent serviceability. The 20 th design has a solid architecture and is widely adopted by world’s leading mobile equipment manufacturers. Integral flow control valve options are available for 20VQ frame. In addition, heavy duty shaft bearing option is available designated as 26VQ, 36VQ and 46VQ.

Description

The VQH series pumps are the higher pressure and higher performance version of VQ series pumps. The new rotor design reduces internal leakage and enhances rotor rigidness. VQH pump uses strong ductile iron housing and has the same envelope size as VQ pump.

VQH series pumps are available in single and thru-drive pumps of 3 frame sizes: 25, 35, and 45; double pumps in 2520, 3520, 3525, 4520, 4525, 4535.

The V10 & V20 pumps are designed for medium to low pressure mobile and industrial applications. Specially designed inlet flow path gives uniform oil acceleration, and thus results in high speed capability. Its compact size and low cost structure makes the pump popular in many applications. Integrated flow and priority control valves are available for both V10 and V20 sizes.
